fcitx-table-zhengma software package provides Flexible Input Method Framework - Zhengma table, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fcitx-table-zhengma
fcitx-table-zhengma is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fcitx-table-zhengma package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fcitx-table-zhengma *
You will get with fcitx-table-zhengma package name, version, architecture and description in a table
